The Team Coaching & Strategy Reset is a complete intervention for small and micro businesses, designed for senior leadership teams or, if you are a micro business, your whole team. It works best for up to 6 participants (with the option to add more if needed).
The Reset combines Director strategy sessions, a team diagnostic, Colour Dynamics assessments, a full-day workshop (delivered in person or over Zoom), and individual 1:1 coaching follow-ups for all participants to ensure pull-through and ROI.
Together, these elements get your team pulling in the same direction, aligned to your vision and purpose, with the clarity to communicate better and get the best out of each other as you grow, better together.

A focused 60-minute conversation to uncover the pressures you are carrying and what success looks like for the next stage of your business.Deep-Dive Questionnaire
Ahead of the Reset, you complete an in-depth diagnostic. It uncovers how your team communicates, how roles and responsibilities are understood, and how aligned people feel around purpose and priorities. These insights shape the day itself, ensuring the Reset tackles the areas that matter most to your team.Team Colour Assessments
Each team member completes our Colour Dynamics profiling tool, helping the team understand their different working and communication styles.Full-Day Reset Workshop (Can be delivered in-person or over Zoom.)
Morning: Team Dynamics, explore the Colour insights, understand differences and build smoother collaboration.
Afternoon: Strategy on a Page, align on your vision, agree on priorities and set a clear direction everyone can commit to.
1:1 Coaching Follow-Ups
Each participant receives 1 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching session to embed learning and ensure ownership carries through into daily work.Team Size
The Reset is designed for up to 6 participants to ensure depth of discussion and meaningful outcomes. Additional team members can be included at an extra cost (£500 per extra person)
