Our Professional Coaching Certificate At a Glance?

This accreditation takes on average nine months to complete based on 2-3 hours per week. You have 12 months if needed. But can also be sooner if you’re committed to investing the time.

Each cohort starts with a live (via Zoom) 2.5 days of training including 1/2 day of coaching practice in a safe space.
Training is delivered via both live interactive sessions and pre-recorded assignments via your digital learning platform.
4 x short assignments to complete during the 9 months. All orientated to the application of learning, building up your coaching skills and knowledge. We have intentionally chosen NOT to include multiple thousand-word assignments as we believe your time is better spent applying the knowledge to improve your practical skills of HOW to actually coach and get results.
2 x 1:1 personalised supervision sessions.
8 x Monthly group mentoring sessions (must attend min 4 for accreditation).
Submission of personal coaching log covering a minimum of 24 hours of coaching.
Submission of self-reflection log for all logged coaching hours.

We 100% commit to you that anyone who delivers any element of this accreditation will be a highly qualified PRACTICING coach. They are not just a ‘trainer’ or ‘teacher’ or a coach who only coaches to become coaches (you get the gist).
Our coaches are out in the real world, coaching real people, in real businesses every day. They most likely have their own coaching practice or have done so in the past.
This enhances the experience and quality of your training. They are speaking from applied experience and knowledge outside of the classroom.

Our cohorts are limited in size (max 6-8) to ensure everyone is seen, heard and supported fully during the training.

Upon qualifying you will receive:
Your certificate from the Institute of Leadership (IOL) and The Ethical Coaching Company (TECC) confirming you are a qualified business & leadership coach, aligned to a level 5 qualification.
Accreditation from TECC, including a digital badge to display on your website, emails etc.
Postnominals of MIoL (Identifying you as Member grade Institute of Leadership Accredited) Completion of this programme provides an alignment to The Institute of Leadership’s professional membership grade of Member, typically retained for people who are experienced managers and have attained a minimum of a Level 5 Qualification.
1-year membership to the IOL online membership portal with a bank of resources for your continued development.
Invitation to TECC Fellowship. Our fellowship is a low-cost annual membership that gives you access to continued coaching supervision and mentoring. We are committed to making it easy and affordable for coaches to continue to develop and upskill.
